What are the benefits of using the Patient Internet Account?
When you use the PIA, you have at your fingertips:
- e-prescriptions
- e-referrals
- treatment history
- sick leaves
- scheduled visits under the National Health Fund (NFZ)
- the ability to register for vaccinations and access other vaccination information
- access to your children’s accounts (up to 18 years old) and relatives who granted you access
- the option to change the declaration of your chosen doctor and nurse
How to register?
You don’t need to register! Every Polish citizen has an account; you just need to log in.
If you think this is difficult, believe us—it’s not. You can log in via trusted profile, e-ID, or bank account.
How to log in to the Patient Internet Account in a browser?
- Go to pacjent.gov.pl
- Click “Log in” in the top right corner
- Then a panel will expand; click “Log in to PIA”
- Next, choose a login method (via trusted profile, e-ID, or bank account)
- Logged in! Now the “More options in the trusted profile” window will appear. To go to the PIA, just click “Close” in the top right corner.
How to log in to the Patient Internet Account in the app?
- Download the mojeIKP app from Google Play or the App Store
- Then open mojeIKP and set a PIN code for the app
- Log in via trusted profile, e-ID, or bank account
