This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting data in connection with the use of the website www.villamed.pl, operated by Villa Med Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Miłosna 24, 15-666 Białystok, Poland.

2. Scope of Collected Data

The website owner does not independently collect any personal data of Users within the website www.villamed.pl, except when a User voluntarily provides data via forms or when logging into the service.

In connection with the processing of data by Google or Villa Med Sp. z o.o., the User has the right to:

• access their data,
• rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of their data,
• object to the processing,
• data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland).

The exercise of the above rights with regard to data processed by Google is carried out in accordance with the principles set out in the Google Privacy Policy.
